Arita Morris

Arita joined CGL in 2004, bringing with her a wealth of experience at running complex projects from the feasibility stage through to completion. She is instrumental in the practice’s research in conjunction with other consultants into the issues of planning policy and has been invited to present at several seminars including the GLA’s Planning Forum.

Arita's specialisms include masterplanning, residential design and mixed-use schemes on complex urban sites for both private developers and public clients. Her expertise is around housing and mixed use development, urban planning and masterplanning for retail, residential and leisure use.

Arita has been involved in several outreach programmes mentoring students through the Construction Skills Council and Social Mobility Foundation, Central St. Martins and the Stephen Lawrence Trust.
