He/Him

Simon has over 25 years’ experience in the education, commercial, residential and leisure sectors, both in the UK and overseas and is also responsible for finance at CGL.

As a founding director, his expansive range of work includes schemes for development companies, private estates, public bodies and local authorities. These include projects for FIAT, Threadneedle, South Kensington Estates, TfL, Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea, and London Borough of Hackney. He firmly believes in the value that forward-looking design and construction can bring to a project, whilst carrying out works respecting the context of the best examples from our heritage.

Most recently, Simon has also enjoyed working for charitable organisations including St Anne’s and St John the Baptist Church and mentoring the Social Mobility Foundation.

For the past 2 years he has been selected to sit on the London Borough of Newham Design Panel, assessing planning applications for major developments.
