Build The Way
We are proud to be embarking on our second year as part of the Build The Way C.I.C programme, a fantastic initiative that opens up real-world experience in the architecture and built environment sectors to young people before they enter formal university education.
This year we are delighted to welcome Hillary, who joins us to gain hands-on experience across all aspects of architectural practice, including live projects, design workshops, site visits, and software skills.
For us at Child Graddon Lewis, the programme is as rewarding as it is important. We learn from the enthusiasm and fresh perspectives each participant brings while continuing to give back to the industry and community that shaped us.
We are excited to build on our learning from last year; continueing to support emerging talent, and working alongside the other outstanding practices taking part in this year’s programme
