Harrow Road Wins Planning Permission

Planning consent has been unanimously granted for Harrow Road, our residential-led, mixed-use scheme in central London for Westminster City Council.
The development comprises three new buildings scaling up to 16 storeys, housing a total of 112 new homes, a nursery, new community centre, canal-side café, and start-up office space. The development will further improve the surrounding green space, activating the area and giving residents easy access to Regents Canal.
A project focused upon placemaking and substantially enhancing the social environment for the community within the City, Harrow Road will be amongst the first delivered by Westminster Builds – the Council’s wholly owned company established to help deliver its ambitious regeneration and development programme.
