Three shortlists at Inside Housing Development Awards
We are pleased to share that St George’s, Palliser Road and Peel Place have been shortlisted for the Inside Housing Development Awards!
While each project responds to a very different context, they share a common ambition: finding opportunity in constraint.
Across St George’s, Palliser Road and Peel Place, our projects start with different challenges — from heritage and community requirements to constrained sites, viability and the need to deliver more. But what connects them is an approach that looks beyond the constraints to find what a place can become.
At St George’s (shortlisted for Best mixed-use development including residential - London and South East), we are bringing together heritage, community, health and public realm to create a more connected civic environment.
At Palliser Road (shortlisted for Best shared ownership development – urban), we responded to the character and history of the site to deliver 36 affordable homes within its urban context.
At Peel Place (shortlisted for Best regeneration project - 21M+ London and South East), we reworked an existing regeneration proposal to increase the number of homes from 226 to 308, while also increasing affordable housing and creating a new market square.
We’re proud to see all three recognised on this year’s shortlist.
