Planning consent achieved for Palliser Road

15.04.2020

Palliser Road, our new scheme for the Southern Housing Group to create 36 much-needed 100% affordable homes in Barons Court, West London, has been granted planning permission by the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham.

The project is situated adjacent to the historic Queen’s Tennis Club and will oversee the redevelopment of Ada Lewis House, originally built in the 1920s. Comprising of nine new family homes, a mix of one and two-bedroom apartments and a generous landscaped courtyard to foster a real sense of community, all homes will be made available for London Living Rent.

Works are due to start at the end of the year and supports the Southern Housing Group’s target to deliver 7,500 new homes by 2027.
